Smoking Gums I Have Quit Smoking. Gums And Lips?

I have quit smoking. gums and lips? - smoking gums

I recently quit smoking, and I am now undergoing nicotine withdrawal, and feel terrible, but I am sure that I manage.

I was a heavy smoker for 8 years and my lips and gums dark. I wondered if I would return to its natural color, how time flies .. or is there a home remedy to it easily again? esp my gums.
